Terms of Service

ASAP Roofing & Construction is a DBA (doing business as) of Kozel Unlimited LLC.

1. License & Credentials

ASAP Roofing & Construction is a licensed roofing contractor operating in the State of Texas. All work is performed in compliance with applicable Texas building codes and regulations.

2. Estimates

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Hidden or latent conditions discovered during work may result in a written change order before additional work proceeds.

3. Contracts

A binding contract is formed when both parties sign a written work agreement. By signing, you authorize ASAP Roofing & Construction to perform the work described in the contract and agree to the payment terms stated therein.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual work agreement. For insurance jobs, the insurance-funded portion is payable upon receipt from your insurance company. Your deductible is due at the start of work. ASAP Roofing & Construction does not waive, absorb, or discount insurance deductibles.

5. Change Orders

Any changes to the approved scope of work require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work begins. Verbal change orders are not binding.

6. Permits

Where required by local jurisdiction, ASAP Roofing & Construction obtains necessary building permits. Permit fees are the responsibility of the property owner and will be listed in the contract or change order.

7. Workmanship Warranty

ASAP Roofing & Construction provides a one-year workmanship warranty on all completed roofing installations. This warranty covers defects in installation workmanship but does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, acts of God, or misuse. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and governed by each manufacturer's warranty terms.

8. Insurance

ASAP Roofing & Construction carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

ASAP Roofing & Construction's liability is limited to the contract price. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Smith County, Texas under Texas law.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
